Installation, Inspection, Repair & Maintenance
Lake Tahoe Diving & Environmental provides mooring services for private waterfront properties, marinas, homeowners associations, and commercial operators throughout the California and Nevada sides of Lake Tahoe.
Our services range from individual mooring inspections and repairs to complete installations and maintenance of larger mooring fields. Work is supported by our diving equipment, specialized tools, and the Sand Dollar work vessel when required.
Mooring Installation
Installation of new mooring systems, including concrete anchors, chain, hardware, buoys, and placement. Each installation is evaluated according to water depth, site conditions, applicable requirements, and intended use.
Mooring Inspection
Underwater inspection of mooring blocks, chain, shackles, swivels, buoy connections, and related hardware. We document conditions, identify maintenance needs, and provide inspection reporting appropriate to individual moorings or larger fields.
Mooring Repair & Maintenance
Replacement of deteriorated chain and hardware, buoy maintenance, connection repairs, mooring alignment, and other underwater maintenance. Work is evaluated according to the existing mooring configuration and site conditions.
Mooring Fields & Multi-Mooring Properties
Inspection, maintenance, and repair services for marinas, associations, and properties with multiple moorings. We can organize field work by location, condition, and required maintenance to support efficient vessel operations and consistent reporting.
Mooring Services on Lake Tahoe
Lake Tahoe mooring work requires consideration of water depth, seasonal water-level changes, shoreline access, submerged conditions, and existing system components.
LTDE combines diving experience, marine construction knowledge, and work-vessel capabilities to assess existing systems and perform installations and maintenance.
