Dock Float Removal & Replacement
Lake Tahoe Diving & Environmental provides removal and replacement of damaged, deteriorated, or failing dock flotation components.
Services include assessing existing flotation systems, removing and replacing dock floats, and performing associated attachment and support work as needed.
Our Sand Dollar work vessel provides water-based access and equipment-handling support for projects where dock flotation components must be removed, transported, or installed from the water.
Replacement methods and materials are determined by the dock's existing construction, flotation requirements, site conditions, and applicable regulations.
Pile Replacement
Existing piles can deteriorate or become damaged through use and environmental conditions.
LTDE evaluates removal and replacement work based on pile size, installation method, access, and the requirements of the existing structure.
Waterfront Access
The Sand Dollar work vessel can transport materials and provide water-based access to pier and dock locations that are difficult to reach from shore.
Inspections & Repair Planning
For projects with unknown underwater conditions, an initial inspection may help establish the necessary scope of repairs.
Required engineering, permits, and construction authorizations must be addressed before applicable work proceeds.
